We offer a range of Maintenance Contracts to accommodate all types of use, business sizes and industry sectors. Maintenance Contracts include: Pre-Pay, Pay as You Go, Monthly and Annual Contracts as well as Custom Contracts.
Pre-Pay Contracts:
Our Pre-Pay Contracts are a great way to have our services and engineers at competitive prices. Pre-Paid Contracts are a pre-paid agreement which include a number of set hours with the response time you require to accommodate your business.
Pay as You Go:
Pay as You Go Contracts are an excellent option if you require instant services without having to tie yourself in to a contract or pre-pay contract.
Pay as You Go options include:
Emergency Response – within 2 hours
Same Day Response – within 12 hours
24 Hour, 48 Hour and 72 Hour Response
Monthly and Annual Contracts:
Monthly and Annual Contracts include options such as limited and unlimited responses throughout the term of the contract. Understanding that your business requires IT support on a regular basis we have developed these packages as a way of Co-Employment. Co-Employing an IT technician is in a sense your business employing a full time IT technician without having to pay such an expense of actually employing an engineer.
Custom Contracts:
Appreciating the fact that all business and users are unique our Custom Contract options include tailored solutions, response times and rates to accommodate every eventuality. Oblivious to the fact that our clients may shop around for a quote and competitive prices our Custom Contracts give us the flexibility to aggressively compete with our competitors without compromising our quality of services and products.
